We conduct a wide range of hands-on workshops and training programs to equip women with entrepreneurial and creative skills. These include: Jewellery making (silk thread, terracotta, recycled & upcycled designs) Dressmaking, embroidery, crochet, and textile arts Stitch & Tote programs for women-led fashion products Social media marketing and digital skills for entrepreneurs These programs not only enhance technical skills but also build confidence and open pathways to income generation.

Product Development & Mentorship

Through one-to-one mentorship, we help women refine their products to meet market standards. Experienced mentors provide guidance on: Quality improvement, Branding and packaging, Marketing strategy, Business planning, By blending creativity with business knowledge, we ensure artisans are equipped to succeed in competitive markets.

Market Access & Sales Platforms

She Creates Her connects women entrepreneurs to customers locally and globally. We provide multiple sales channels: Pop-Up Markets – seasonal events showcasing handmade products, Physical Store – our dedicated retail space at 86 Peradeniya Road, Kandy, Online Platforms – social media and e-commerce outlets for wider reach, Community Events – collaborations with local organizations to promote women’s products

Our livelihood programs are designed to help women and families build sustainable sources of income.

By offering skills training in crafts, sewing, recycling, and upcycling projects, we empower women to create marketable products while promoting eco-friendly practices. These initiatives not only uplift individuals but also strengthen local economies.

Business Planning & Strategy

Participants learn how to turn an idea into a structured business plan. Training covers identifying goals, analyzing markets, setting strategies, and creating action steps for sustainable growth.

Product Development & Quality Standards

We guide women to refine their products so they meet customer needs and market expectations. This includes improving design, ensuring consistent quality, packaging, and adding value to handmade items.

Digital Marketing & Social Media Use

This training equips entrepreneurs with practical skills to promote their products online. Topics include creating social media campaigns, using Facebook/Instagram for business, and building an online presence that attracts customers.

Financial Management & Bookkeeping

Entrepreneurs are trained to manage money wisely. Sessions cover budgeting, simple bookkeeping, tracking expenses, and understanding profit margins—helping them run businesses that are stable and financially sound.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Initiatives

Through our CSR outreach, Joseph’s Foundation engages with partners, donors, and volunteers to support vulnerable communities.

Educational Support

Free Education Sponsorships

Our sponsorship program covers school fees and related expenses for children from low-income families, giving them the opportunity to continue their education without financial barriers.
