and marginalized groups by providing tools, training, and opportunities to achieve independence and growth. Through education, innovation, and entrepreneurship, we create a more inclusive Sri Lanka. Joseph’s Foundation Pvt Ltd, established in 2018 and based in Kandy, Sri Lanka, is a women-empowerment organization and social enterprise dedicated to uplifting underserved communities. Our mission is to provide women and marginalized groups with the tools, skills, and opportunities they need to achieve independence, dignity, and sustainable growth.
