The ability to create, manage, and grow a business not only provides income but also builds dignity, independence, and leadership. Our Entrepreneurship Development Programme is designed to give women and youth the skills and confidence they need to become successful entrepreneurs.
The programme begins with practical business training. Participants learn how to develop a business idea, write a business plan, understand customers, and strategize for growth. Financial literacy is a major component—we teach women how to manage money, keep records, budget, and calculate profits so their ventures are not just creative but also sustainable.
We also place a strong emphasis on digital marketing and technology. In today’s economy, no business can thrive without an online presence. Through hands-on training in social media marketing, e-commerce, and digital branding, women gain the ability to promote and sell their products both locally and internationally.
But training alone is not enough. That’s why we integrate mentorship and market access into the programme. Through our initiative She Creates Her, women entrepreneurs are given opportunities to showcase products at pop-up markets, exhibitions, retail outlets, and online platforms. Mentors from business and creative industries guide them through challenges, offering advice and encouragement at every step.
The results have been transformational. Women who once struggled to support their families are now running small businesses, contributing income, and building self-reliance.
