Joseph’s Foundation Pvt Ltd, established in 2018 in Kandy.

is a dynamic social enterprise committed to empowering women and underserved communities. Born out of a vision to create equal opportunities for women, the foundation blends education, entrepreneurship, and innovation to drive sustainable change.
Over the years, we have supported hundreds of women entrepreneurs, provided educational opportunities to over 600 children, and implemented numerous livelihood and community development projects. At the heart of our work lies the belief that when women thrive, entire families and communities prosper.
